  1. Hi Veena … trying to learn this tutorial but I got stuck halfway and put it on hold 😆.. but I am determined to finish it. I realize i need to learn some of the individual moves First before attempting the entire routine! 🤦‍♀️ The Trapped Invert … has me literally TRAPPED!! 😝 I just can’t seem to get my leg over the arms Into the invert … UNLESS I move the top arm And hand lower WHILE inverting … BUT I see in your video … you keep your hands firmly on the pole. 🤷‍♀️

  2. Placing them lower is fine. This invert is more about finding the right leverage for your body and that might mean hands lower, legs positioned a bit different etc.
