So, for forearm sit, once my hand is under my butt, I just slide down. Any suggestions?
A video would be most helpful for troubleshooting. Sometimes the hands are too far apart or you need to adjust where the butt is on the forearm.. also if you have a bigger bottom improving your grip strength maybe needed.
I really like the forearm grip for getting into a pole sit, it looks pretty and it’s a little easier than a pull up sit. I’m still building my strength back up and this was a nice confidence booster!
I like it for the sit too! Glad you had a good session 💜
Yah – I did it . I keep going around this program until I get the moves . Alternating each day with yoga . Not easy at 55 but well worth it
Wonderful 💜💜💜
It takes so much time for me to learn just one move but I am improving and getting stronger thanks to you 🤗🤗
All done! I ve noticed I’ve lost some strength of course since i have been off for forevwr but I still did what I could and stuck with this lesson! My wrist sit was beyond hilarious. 🤣 had fun!
Yay!
