Pole Kicks Tutorial 3 ways!

In this tutorial you’ll learn 3 style of Pole Kicks. Fun fact, a nice kick doesn’t require a lot of flexibility! When done as taught in this video you’ll see how even those with less mobility can create lovely kicks. Remember it’s not about how high you kick but the lines you create!
