In this video you’ll learn how to turn a combination of moves and turn it into a flowing routine.

Notice the difference between “going through the motions” in the first half of the video and In the second half where my movements are a little slower, also larger, by that I mean my movements are taking up more space around me. I’m also focused on breathing and not rushing into the next trick. I’m connecting the moves with arms and flowing into the transitions.

Watch the video through, then follow along at minute 1:48. When you know the order of moves try it in real time (TIP use a whiteboard and wright down the moves in order).
