  1. A good deal of strength is needed indeed. Amazingly I’m getting into this on my less dominant side, while recovering from back pain since Monday night. Unfortunately, because of that I’m not able to hold my butterfly for more than a few seconds. I might try again after my back is completely pain free.

  2. I finally tried this! I love it. It’s a bit scary and challenging, but so much fun. I even did a sort of aerial version. It made me realize that I never use forearm grip. I just never bothered. But it’s really fun to play with. 🙂
