Today you’ll focus on two hip hold tricks, the Half jade and Jade.
Pro tip: If you haven’t yet completed my beginner and intermediate level programs and you’re unable to easily perform a Tuck hip hold, you’re going to struggle with these split versions. Pole tricks build on each other, so skipping fundamental pole work found in my leveled 1-3 programs will only hold you back as you progress. It’s always best to work within your skill level.

Initially I thought: “Trying the Jade here was waaay too soon. I can’t even extend in a half hip hold”. But I trusted your judgement, you haven’t failed me yet. LET ME TELL YOU… I was better at the full jade than the half hip hold! I was able to get that back leg about halfway extended ðŸ‘
