Advanced Level 1: Day 8
Today is the start of week 2 where you’ll focus on:
- Aerial split grips
- Advanced figurehead
- Splits training
Today you’ll begin with the Active front splits routine.
During today’s session, for your Aerial split grip practice try all of the grip options and then choose one to focus on for today. When working on the Advanced figurehead be sure to do both sides. Try each trick 3 times per side. Please don’t skip these stretches: Finger and hand, Forearm flexor, and Forearm extensor.
How often would you recommend doing the active front splits routine for someone like me who isn’t very flexible ?
No more than 3 times a week. Keeping rest days between.
