Today you’ll focus on your forearm or elbow grips. I suggest trying both as they’re usually interchangeable, then use the grip you feel most secure with. If you’re on the struggle bus with the forearm grip or you’d like to learn how they’re different, here’s my Veena’s tips for Forearm grip. Remember you can take notes while watching!

Pro tip: It’s important to remember to practice chin tucks so they’re automatic if you suddenly become unstable or feel unsure of your grip. I use different points like the floor, pole or my feet to help with focal points for balance, but regardless of your balance point head position, you’ll still need to drill chin tucks.
