Today you’ll revisit my pole tricks flow class and finish with the tracing and edge work choreography! Choose the area/tricks you feel need the most attention or that you’re most drawn to and work on those.
Pro tip: The rule of 10 – To prevent overuse, excessive bruising, and pain keep your attempts under 10 tries for each trick and side of body. HOWEVER, for this class I suggest keeping it under 2 if you’re planning on trying all 8 pole tricks. Save some energy for the choreography!
