- Half Jade or Jade
- Pole Handstand
Those who wish to work on spinning pole, you’ll have the opportunity to toggle switch to the spinning version the next time you practice these tricks.
Pro tip: Those who wish to use spinning pole, you will learn all tricks on static first, but the next time I present the same trick you’ll have access to switch your toggle to the spinning version. Please remember you should feel super solid with any trick before practicing it on spinning pole.

Did much better on the Half hip hold than I thought I would! The Gemini practice really helped here. I couldn’t quite extend the leg, but I was able to release it 🙂

Hi Veena, I’ve listened your intro video where you say to finish with hand and arm stretch but in the lesson there is only the front splits stretch video, maybe you may add it? 🙂
