Today is the last day of intermediate level 1! In Level 2 we’ll start working with inverts. For today just watch the Invert tutorial to familiarize yourself with how I teach them. Don’t forget to check out my 30 day invert program if you’d like to work specifically with inverts.

We you work on today’s pole tricks. Take a mental note or look back at any videos you took to see if you’re feeling stronger now than when you started this program.

Performance warm up

Do each move at least once but no more than 10

Performance side climb

Tuck spin

Cross knee release or Cross ankle release

Front hook spin

Forward attitude spin

Elbow stand sit up

Twisted dismount

Finish with the flowmotion routine. Feel free to repeat this program or if you’re ready, I’ll see you in level 2!

  1. Then I’d say give this program a try. If the inverting gets to be too much or you feel you need to strengthen it, then do the Invert program

  2. I’m still here!! Slowly I’ve chipped away at this program but the first trimester has been so exhausting… I’m thinking about focusing on one or two moves at a time. I really like would like for my performance climb to be strong! Thanks Veena 💕
