Today is a whole body, workout day and I’ve got a new combo for you to work on!

Warm up with the Easy beginner warm up, move on to the Grip control routine.

Then it’s on to spins practice. Starting with, Half cradle hop, Fireman spin, Ankle attitude, Attitude spin. Limit your spin attempts to 2 times per side.

Then give the Pole sit to pole hold combo/routine a try. Don’t worry about any of these spin or combo being perfect. This is just practice.

Finish with these stretches Lying outer thigh and Forearm.

  1. Thanks
    I uploaded two videos
One is of me trying to get my legs off the ground for the thigh rest – am I doing something wrong here or is it just a time thing
The second is my attitude spin – I seem to come down like a small elephant ! Any thoughts

  2. Wow! This a great class. I really enjoyed it.

The half cradle hop helped with learning the thigh rest. I think I’ll finally stop scratching myself too 🤦‍♀️😂

Fireman spin is definitely improving … I stopped bending up the last foot to get on the pole. I was definitely doing that for more security. 😮 It flowed more and I had more confidence.

Ankle attitude and attitude spin reminded me of the sun wheel spin but they are definitely different: I did notice after watching my recording that with the ankle attitude I did move my ankle away from the pole halfway through the spin. So I need to remember to keep the ankle against the pole.

Please provide any feedback or comments @Veena

I am really proud of my the progress I’m making. I especially noticed it when I went to an in studio class. Thank you so much Veena for this amazing program.

Woo hoo half way through level 2 🎉🎉

    1. Yay!! Everything is coming along so nicely. Love the last clip, your flow is coming along. The spins are all looking lovely and even if the ankle comes off the ankle attitude spin it’s ok, then you’re just doing the attitude spin. I feel that spins should be open to interpretation. As long as you learn the safest way to hold yourself when spinning the sky is the limit for body position when spinning.
