Ankle Attitude SPIN Tutorial

This is such a beautiful spin. One key point to remember, is that the ankle will be resting on the pole. This means you’re able to use the ankle to help you control your body position, but it’s not keeping you up! The attitude position usually requires strength and flexibility training to achieve nice lifted legs. The related tutorials below will help you with this.
