Today is a quick day of pole work so I’d like to also include a podcast. Picture this 🙌 You’re watching a pole tutorial, or attending pole class and a new pole trick is introduced. You understand the instructions for the skill/trick but you’re just not able to “get it” before the end of class or the lesson.     2 hand plank yes even on spin , cradle spin an on spin , flag hold prep from floor gotta work on but up the pole yes 💪 I’ll do a video 😂 xxx♥️ still loving it and progressing x

        1. It’s petty darn good. I can see your top arm too high. You want to use it for control so having a bend is helpful. I think you’ll get more power that way, everything else looks good! The sticky legging will slow you down as well.

          1. Thanks!! I’ll do it with a deeper top arm bend next time and see what happens. I feel like I come down way too fast, so maybe that’ll help me catch a bit more air. At least I’m not whacking my belly on the pole anymore!

          2. Sounds good. If you look at my video you’ll see how much I’m using the top arm. It’s really bent so the bicep is working too.
