Pro tip: I’m reminding you to write down your reps if you are not yet able to complete them in the video. It’s totally fine, you’re not failing or doing anything wrong. I mention it because it’s important to keep track so you can aim to add one or two more next time. If you’re able to complete all reps demonstrated in the videos, well done!

Something most don’t realize when using programs here….If you’re working through a program and have questions about a move in the list you can always use the search to type in the lesson name and it will bring to you to just that lesson which provides you a full description of a move along with related lessons that will help improve the main lesson move.
