Yesterday was a busy day, today is an active rest day. Watch my Veena’s tips for Level 2 video and then work on the Scapula drill lesson. Do each of the drills 1 set 10 reps.

Enjoy your day off and remember, if at anytime you feel you need a full rest day, go ahead and take the day off, start back up where you left off the next training day.

  1. I’m back and on day 2!! I think at times my form was off but I was able to correct for the most part. I’m going to start writing down the moves for routines in my notebook and when they come up again, write them on my whiteboard.
