    I really didnโ€™t like the beginner 10 comboโ€ฆspecifically the step behind and the pole turn. I couldnโ€™t get those 2 moves right. Actually it was more the pole turn that I had the issue doing it smoothly. I just didnโ€™t like the step behind.

  2. MEOWCH. Thigh rest hurts on bare skin. . . I’m usually in sticky leggings but opted for booty shorts because it’s like 80 degrees in Houston! Definitely harder with my right arm on top. I’m in a bit of a fibromyalgia flare at the moment so my shoulders keep tightening up and I don’t quite get my hips stacked on that side. I’ll get it eventually.

  3. I spread this one out over. . . uh, several days. Holidays and the post-holiday doldrums have slowed me down, but it was good to throw on some music and either do these separately or string them together for a longer combo.

    Climb n hug hmm gotta practice more with elbow pit grip it was a bit ouchie but I’ll keep at it x

  5. The thigh rest is still so tricky for me. I’m definitely improving, but have to remind myself constantly to bend my top arm. I feel like my bicep isn’t strong enough yet to do the work it needs to. The climb and hug was neat though, I felt like a little koala bear up there haha!

    After going through the combos a few times, I put them all together and dance to one of my favorite songs! I enjoy the creative process of coming up with transitions to link them all too โœจ

    1. Itโ€™s common for people to struggle with the Thigh rest. It may not be that your bicep isnโ€™t strong enough. You might not be in the right position. If you wanted to share a video I could troubleshoot it for you.

      I think thatโ€™s awesome you put the combos together to music you enjoy!
