This class is one hour and fifteen minutes long and we will cover some of the most common tricks and spin combos used in pole. We will work on static and spinning pole for the beginner pole work. Beginners who have completed my Beginner level 2 program may use this class.

Item’s you’ll need:

  • A pole – This is a trick based class.

The rule of 10 – To prevent overuse, excessive bruising, and pain keep your attempts under 10 tries for each trick and side of body. HOWEVER, for this class I suggest keeping it under 5 if you’re planning on trying all 8 pole tricks.
