Dancing In Heels: Day 19

Today you’ll be giving your legs and arms a workout by standing up and getting back down to the floor using different grips in your heels.
Pro tip: I’ve included all of the grips in the REPS videos, but if there’s one that doesn’t work for you, feel free to skip to the next video. Remember to breath and exhale when exerting force, while at the same time drawing the muscles of the vagina up.
