Advanced Level 2: Day 22
Today is the start of week 4, where you’ll focus on:
- Iguana/Iguana mount
- Bow and Arrow
- Butterfly Invert
- Core
- Shoulders
- Front splits
For today, begin with the Ball core workout, then give the Shoulder Mount 3 tries on both sides before working on the Iguana—just the Iguana, not the mount. Do it 2 times, making sure to switch sides and hand placement. Use whichever method of stretching you like today for the Lying figure 4 and Camel stretch.
