Today is the start of week 2, where you’ll focus on:
- Chopper
- Allegra
- Falling Star
- Hip flexors
- Straight leg lines
Today, after your warm-up using the Stop the micro bend video, work on the Allegra and Falling star—2 tries on both sides. Finish this day with the Butterfly stretch and Single leg split stretch. Use passive stretching for both, holding 30 seconds 3 times.
