tweaked my shoulder and wasnt feeling great so took a little break… back at it and all done day 7 !!!! ! Thanks Veena!

Thanks! Its normal for me if I stretch to hard I need to be bit careful! I had a bike accident when I was young so if I rotated my right arm my collar bone by my sternum pops out and clunks … doesn’t hurt but sometimes can cause issues ! I do shoulder therapy as I was a massage therapist previously but if you have any suggestions I m open as there’s always new ways I havnt heard about !!! You can always send me an email or whatever or links to ur suggestions that would be lovely ! I can add in stuff to my routine Γ’β’Β‘
Took me 2 weeks to complete up to day 7. As much I want to speed up my learning and strength I have to remind myself that its ok to take my own pace with Pole dancing. And it makes it more challenging when I enjoy it so much. I have to remind myself to not force myself to pole train when I have other priorities in my life. It will all come together in time as I enjoy the journey more than the destination because there will always be areas to learn and improve. Thank you so much Venna for your training. It really is a great program that you put together.

I m bad at this I think if I m not doing the exact program and missing days it’s not enough but it doesn’t matter if the program takes longer Γ’β’Β‘ loving this so much
I love the hand and wrist days! I feel like I have built so much forearm muscle between the no-pole program and this one. I am excited to do my end of the year check-in to see how much stronger my grip is and see if I gained any width to my lil’ baby forearms.

I’ve just watched day 8 videos they all look pretty amazing,but I’m a little nervous about the shoulder press, I want to try the reverse hand stand but scared π³π° if that makes sense
Donβt worry, you have total control over how far you want to go with either of these. Baby steps is key and encouraged! Donβt forget to film yourself so you can look back and see small improvements!
