I definitely had an off day…I had a problem with cradle spin and I know I can do it. I am still struggling with the pole hold spin ☹️ Other than that it was a great training 🙂
It happens. If I recall correctly the struggle with the pole hold spin is the hand placement so you can pull up. Don’t over think it. Start with the half hops to get the timing and grip down. 💜💜💜

I kept whacking my belly on the pole with the cradle spin. Could I not be getting horizontal enough?
Do you have a video? It’s probably more likely that you’re starting too close and not generating enough Momentum away from the pole before bringing the legs up.
I do not. . . yet. I got too worn out to film, lol. I’ll try again some time this week and film one. I probably am too close.

Plank is going great! I feel very secure. The side spin is hardest for me. My knee pit gets so sticky that it’s hard to generate momentum to get to the floor! I did figure out that placing my top hand lower helps a bit, but still a work in progress.
That last shoulder stretch reminds me of puppy pose in yoga! Felt soooo good after the shoulder conditioning!
Sounds like a great session! For me with any spin where my knee is hooked around, I only do it very lightly more of a guide to keep me on the pole then a way to hold my body up my arms do that.
