Today is an active rest day where you’ll be practicing several styles of walks. It’s also a great time to do a bit of self-care by using the pole massage routine. Tbh, I find walking around the pole difficult because I might be knocked kneed or bow-legged.

I noticed my pole walk is getting better. woo hoo. the step behind was the most challenge for me. Pole massage is the best!!!

I feel more pretty and fluid during the pole walks vs the very beginning. I have been doing more yoga and flexibility work in the morning before my job and its been helping. Also surprisingly practicing in just panties and a tanktop has brightened my mood LMAO! definitely keeping up the yoga and flex work. I am also focusing on splits stretches and backbend practice so I can do them eventually for pretty pole stuff
That all sounds great. I must confess I enjoy dancing in my underwear too! 😂
