Today you’ll practice straddle leg positioning when upside down and work towards increasing your flexibility while in straddle. If you’d like a full tutorial for either of the stretches, follow the pink links below.

Pro tip: I’d also like to point out that now is a good time to practice your chin tucks while in handstand and if you can record your straddle practice so you can verify if your rotation of the hips is correct. Feel free to use the “Ask Veena” button if you’d like feedback on your straddle.
