School Girl Routine 3 For Static Pole
This routine was from a September Instagram challenge and it included three main moves: the Fireman spin, a Plank and Shoulder mount. There’s a bonus Pole sit to drop split too! There is no real-time for this one, but the video is slowed down so you can learn.

I love this routine, trying to learn it for Hubby as a Christmas gift. Thanks for including the shoulder mount variation, I cannot get my legs off the ground for the mount yet. Will practice it and see how far I can get in a couple months.
