Congratulations, you made it to the end! Even if you are not ready for a full shoulder mount, that’s okay! Today you’ll start with the Pull-up strength routine, then work on all of the aspects of the Shoulder mount using the REPS I’ve listed.

Pro tip: If you’re unable to perform a Shoulder mount, before you feel too discouraged about your progress, I want you to take a look back at how much you’ve improved since the first day! Remember our mind forgets the good stuff, and loves to hang on to things that upset us. You can repeat this program right away, or move on to another one and come back when you’re ready. Focus on the practice and not the outcome.

When following a program allow the videos to play in order and follow along. Feel free to pause anytime you need to.

  1. OMG – I finished the program – and my shoulder mount is far more accessible than it was when I began the program. It’s actually back! I still have work to do – but the foundation is laid!
    In addition, the training has made me practice and have muscle memory recall of several of my other old school pole tricks. This training has kept me disciplined, conditioned, strong, and yes, hopeful that even in my mid 60’s, I can still access some of my former aerial tricks.
    Training is key- and I’m so grateful, not to have to go to a studio for this great training – because that would be another excuse not to follow through -lol !

    I love this new format and I’ll be embarking on another multi-day program soon. The multi-day programs keep me engaged and accountable. I feel so accomplished and proud of myself for seeing this all the way through!
