Today is another rest day. Take this opportunity to do some massaging and enjoy the Flowmotion routine, keeping in mind you’re gently stretching to maintain, not pushing to gain flexibility.
Pro Tip: Remember, stretching to gain flexibility requires you to push yourself, which is why rest days are necessary when training to gain flexibility. Whereas stretching to maintain, which is what you’re doing today, is about gentle, easy stretches and it’s passive.
