Today you’ll be working on all of the tricks from this week. Start with the Active front splits routine, then work on the tricks from this week.
Butterfly: use your favorite grip, giving this 3 tries on both sides (if comfortable).
Half Jade or Jade: 3 times per side.
Pole Handstands: give these 6 tries.
Finish with the massage and stretches listed.
