Rest day! How did the new moves go yesterday? If you need a full rest day at any time, go for it. This program is a guideline, and it’s most important for you to listen to your body.
Pro tip: I understand that taking a day off can create an anxious feeling that you’re not doing enough, and you might also feel guilty or like you’re falling behind. In case you need a reminder from your previous programs, rest is just as important as training. Even more so if you’re a female, because we’re not little men and our hormones require us to be aware of our body’s needs to thrive. Otherwise our bodies might force us to take a break by developing pains, fatigue, injury, or sickness like colds and flu. If you’re pregnant, perimenopausal or menopausal, you’ll require more rest than you did in the past.
Hi! I can do the aerial with no problems at all while I can do the advanced figurehead only on one side at the moment, I need to try it more.
You don’t have to do both sides of the adv tricks if you don’t want to. It’s optional
No problems at all, I love doing both side since I notice that doing pole dance or keep on trying on both sides is extremely beneficial for my back, shoulders and arms.
