Welcome to your first day! Today I want you to focus on breath while moving through the flowmotion routine. Please do your best to record this first run through of the Sexy beginner routine. By recording you can see how far you’ve come later on in the program.

Butterfly stretch Do active or resistance stretching

Lying leg grab Do active or resistance stretching

Calf stretch Hold for 30 seconds 1-2 reps

  2. Thanks Veena. I had such an off day yesterday, I’ve just been feeling a little down. I really feel I didn’t do it justice. I am going to try again because I really love the lesson, but I decided to not use mirrors, maybe I’m focusing too much on looks an not feeling it

  3. Just work within your range of motion and you’ll start to see improvement. If you want to focus on flexibility try using the 30 days to flex you program.

  6. I started this program today! I’m going to use it as my guideline, as I also plan to work on strength or tricks every day that is active work day if I feel up to 😉 May also do a 1 song freestyle at the end to practice everything.
