30 Day Takeoff: Total Beginner Program Welcome [FREE]

Hi there, I’m really looking forward to working with you!

This 30-day beginner program was designed for the total beginner who wants to learn pole dancing but hasn’t had much or any experience with pole or exercise.

Here’s a list of the equipment you will need for this program:

  • A selection of resistance bands. Click here to purchase or browse similar items. The bands I selected come with a massage ball!
  • A tennis ball, massage ball or peanut. Click here to purchase or browse.
  • Foam roller. Click here to purchase or browse. I recommend High Density and 18 inches long.
  • A large fit ball. Click here to purchase or browse.
  • Don’t forget to use a crash mat. Couch cushions work great for this if you don’t have a mat!

Pro tip: The descriptions are where you’ll find all kinds of helpful tips, motivation, further explanation, photos and links. Descriptions also provide a list of direct links to each tutorial we worked with that day. By following these direct links you’ll have access to information such as descriptions for each video, related tutorials, muscle groups used, and more. You only need to click on these pink, direct links if you’d like more info.

Alright, let’s go! Click here to start this program.

Allow the videos to play in order and follow along. Feel free to pause anytime you need to.

  1. Love your philosophy! I really needed to hear this and it put things into perspective. I have taken other classes where the teacher was “popular on social media” and once signed up, I unfortunately realized it was just another platform for them to show off and not really teach you anything. I took another class where they made you feel bad or lazy if you have other obligations, even telling me to “get over” being sick in the hospital which caused me to be away from pole for awhile. Not to mention that the lessons were geared towards people with nothing else going on in their life but pole. All of these situations made me lose my enthusiasm about pole and lead to feelings of failure which I now realize were unnecessary feelings. Thanks for posting your 7 misconceptions! Super helpful! I think this chapter in my pole life will go much better.

  2. I’m so glad my style of teaching connects with you! I’m a busy person with kids and life outside of pole too. I get it. 💜 Feel free to reach out anytime you have questions or need help.

  3. The fact I could do your certifcation courses one day is so cool!!!I wouldnt ever be able to teach without a car and where i m located currently but its just a cool thing to challenge myself with down the road! so cool! ah!
