Today you’ll revisit the Ballerina’s and work on increasing your back mobility. Only use the spinning pole version of this lesson if you’re already comfortable with both Ballerina’s.

Pro tip: Say it with me “There’s no timeline for learning” and “Focus on the moment not the outcome”. I understand you might be eager to try everything on spinning pole. But in order to perform the spinning versions correctly and safely, you must feel totally secure on static pole. I also understand that some people will learn very quickly, and this is why I do provide a spinning pole option once I’ve presented the static version in the previous plans or days.

  1. Hi! The split grips are ok even not all the variations, to me the elbow grip has been the more difficult. Now it gets better since I’ve understood that the body is slightly aside the pole not right in front of it. You are a great teacher! Thank you!

  2. Hi! After doing your VIP BALLERINA program I can do the Ballerina both sides now even if it is not so “open”, I should keep on trying. The Twisted Ballerina is the most difficult to me but now I can do it even if only on one side. All of them only on static pole but I’m very happy with this result!!! Thank you!

    Flexy warm up great , ballerina n twisted ballerina I might have to do the VIP Ballerina there not so good 😔, the back mobility routine well I could do all apart from the bridge 😜 no way I stuck to half bridge but all in all a great lesson xx 💕
