Day 14. Today you’ll be working on the 2 hand plank along with some spins. Start today with the Shoulder conditioning routine.

Two hand plank Plank practice 4 tries (don’t forget to try tipping your hips different directions)

Cradle spin 4 tries each direction/side

Pole hold spin 4 tries each direction/side

Front hook spin 4 tries each direction/side

Over under stretch Hold for 10-30 seconds, remember to do both sides.

Press stretch Hold for 15 seconds

Shoulder and upper back stretch Hold for 5-20 seconds, being careful not to push too far.

    1. It happens. If I recall correctly the struggle with the pole hold spin is the hand placement so you can pull up. Don’t over think it. Start with the half hops to get the timing and grip down. 💜💜💜

    1. Do you have a video? It’s probably more likely that you’re starting too close and not generating enough Momentum away from the pole before bringing the legs up.
