  1. I love love love when you repeat basics. I wore myself out with thigh rests before I could get to the drill (thigh rests are way too much fun on spin pole, I overdid it) AND I discovered that I wasn’t wrapping my hands quite far enough around the pole in my pole hold! That little tweak made all the difference.
