Today you’ll practice spinning pole while working on level-appropriate tricks. If you need to refresh your memory on the Pole hold, Side pole hold, Jamilla/Thigh rest, or Butterfly invert, use the links listed below to watch the full tutorial before warming up.
Pro tip: This program is designed to accommodate multiple levels of ability, so it’s important to choose the tutorials that are right for you. For example: Beginners should not do the Butterfly invert!

I love love love when you repeat basics. I wore myself out with thigh rests before I could get to the drill (thigh rests are way too much fun on spin pole, I overdid it) AND I discovered that I wasn’t wrapping my hands quite far enough around the pole in my pole hold! That little tweak made all the difference.
