Today you’ll warm up, then work on building strength and continue to practice your Shoulder mount from the floor.

Pro tip: If by this point you’re still unable to dismount from the Inverted crucifix (it doesn’t have to be pretty) I would go back to the start of this program or ask me for more ways you can work towards this skill. Trust me, dismounting into Inverted crucifix is much easier when the Shoulder mount is done from standing, however it’s always important to stay as low as you can until you become familiar with a trick.
