Also Known As: SPLITS ON POLE / POLE SPLITS

  1. I’m having a hard time shifting my top foot over to the pole after I straighten my top leg, it’s always to the side and I can’t seem to move it over – any pointers?

  2. Veena would you consider creating a splits and back bend section with other movement in the routines besides Back Routine, Side Splits, and Front Splits L&R. My body seams to get used to the same movements/routines. It would be nice to have like 3 different ways to practice each of these routines with different body movements in each that support the same goal of getting the splits and back bends.

    1. I’m not planning on adding any more sections but I am planning on a lot more routines both strength and flexibility once I get settled in my new house. We leave in 5 days and it will take me a while to get everything set up.

For now have you tried my other flexibility and splits improving routines?

        1. I will also suggest using different methods for the stretches this will help prevent the body from becoming accustomed to stretching. Each individual stretch has a demo for multiple methods.
