  1. Yesterday’s lesson went well. That fireman to back hook was a bit tricky to understand at first but once I understood which way to rotate my body I was able to do it. I like the beginner mini transitions❤️

  2. Hi!I’m goingo on with this program very slowly as often I can do it only 2 times per week but I’m really satisfied about it as I learned a lot of things. I also tried the combos and moreover the routines and after a couple of times I’ve thought: “Yes I can do it”. The results are not perfect but enough to surprise me :-)) and that is the real value. The routines are for me the most difficult exercises but I love them.
