Thanks for the posts!!! I still have to try my hoop out again…I finally have it covered so now I just need to use it! After the first night with it, found out I have to avoid doing any arm tricks with it for now…..stupid injury, I guess I could use my right arm only. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumright.gif duh. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_geek.gif

If you missing some older posts….I asked Polejunkies to remove a post she made about pre selling poles to all of my members. I let her know she is welcome to talk about the new PS poles I have no problem with that https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif ….I did NOT tell her she had to remove any of the other posts she made, just the post pre selling to SV members. Its always great to hear about other products. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

Glad to see the ideas from other prego pole dancers. I’m only 11 weeks along now but plan on just playing by ear on when I need to stop doing different moves as my body changes. I’m hoping to keep teaching as long as I can because I will really miss it when I have to stop!
For me I stopped climbing and inverting at 4 months, I still had fun dancing around. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif -
I agree there is no need for the troublesome stars. They were just there so we left them. Please let me know if you all would like them gone. Better yet…does anyone care if they are gone???? If you don’t they can be removed no prob. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_ugeek.gif

The base has the little screws for spin and static the adapter is a small piece that you need to add on to the base, is super short and curves in from the 50mm size to the 45mm size. Is that the piece the nothing will fit on?

Pole parts A and B fit together (the main big pieces)right? and the extensions fit on to pole B right? Does pole B screw into the base? Or will non of the poles screw into the base? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif

I agree with you Sissy. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif I wish more of the advanced pole dancers would dance a bit more. I am NOT a dancer and will never claim to be, but I really do try to only stay on the pole in a pole routine. A lot of advanced dancers don’t really do spins either, if they do (I am guilty of this) they only do reveres grabs. This is why I don’t want pole dance in the Olympics, not because its not athletic (it IS!) BUT I would hate for pole dance, to just become pole moves. The wonderfully athletic polers are great and have some crazy stills, but its not the same, for me, when you don’t have the emotion behind the moves. The self expression of pole dance is my FAVORITE part https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
I see your point. I think that if pole dancing were to move to the Olympics they should call it something else because pole dancing is not what they’d be doing, lol. It would be women in boy shorts and sports bras doing regulated moves. It’s probably become more of a pole sport, with each move having difficulty levels and guidelines on what constitutes a "this" instead of a "that". Which could be alright I guess…. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif
Sometimes it just seems like there should be different terms for artistic or expressive pole dance and pole fitness or pole sport.
Did that make sense? LOL
It makes total sense!! Pole dance should have dance in it! I really feel there are 2 main styles of pole. Fitness/sport or Dance/art…..but can or should they all be called pole dance? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif I don’t know how I feel about it.
