Have you tried dirty girl poletice? Its called a mask to stop hand and body sweat and you can use grip aids on top if you need them. I don’t suffer from sweaty hands normally but was struggling in the hot weather put this on before a session and my hands were completely dry the whole time I was on the pole x

He reckons I still look hot but he thinks my legs have got too thin and I have lost my bum a bit (he is a bum man lol) he is happy that I am healthier more confident and have a hobby that I love so he does support me I think he is just upset my bum has got smaller lol

Don’t know if its true but I was told that any moisturising lotion with glycerin in makes your skin slightly grippy. I use a supermarket’s own lotion with glycerin in every night on my legs as I have dry skin and I never have any problems gripping with them the next morning

My girls are only young so haven’t had this yet lol when I was 19 I had a boyfriend who my parents didn’t like and thought he was trouble. But the more they told me how they felt the more determined I was to be with him. This is typical young person behaviour the more you tell them not todo something the more they will lol unfortunately I think you just need to let them live their life but be there when they eventually realise you were right 🙂 kids, nothing but a headache lol x

The x pole sport doesn’t spin it is a static pole the xpert is a static/spinning pole which you change by adjusting some screws

I met my husband through a online chat thing. We chatted on there which progressed to texts letters and long phone calls. He lived 160 miles away and came to visit after a couple of months contact. He told me he loved me that first night and moved to my area after two months of being together. We have had ups and downs but been together 10 years married for nearly 7 and have our two beautiful daughters. He drives me up the wall sometimes but I couldn’t imagine my life without him 🙂

I have those dvds they are good but the moves aren’t in any real order so difficult to build strength to progress to harder moves. I also have the art of pole series these are brilliant, in a good order of difficulty and easy to follow
