Inter 2 Day 1
Day 1 I want to remind everyone that if you're struggling with your inverts no worries. This totally normal and it's one of the main reasons I've made this program shorter. If you need to work specifically on your invert go complete the 30 day invert
Inter 2 Day 2
Day 2 Today we'll work on two new moves! Giving each of moves at least 3 - 6 attempts per side but no more than 10.
Inter 2 Day 3
Day 3 REST! Remember it's not expected that you are able to do any of these moves the first day, or even by the end of the 2 weeks. Many moves can take several sessions over the course of several weeks. If you do get a move right away, celebrate!!!!!
Inter 2 Day 4
Day 4 Today we'll work on 2 leg hangs. Don't worry if you can't invert, you can use the No Invert option for today.
Inter 2 Day 5
Day 5 Today we'll focus on using the inner thigh to hold us on the pole. Try each of these moves 5 times on both sides, but no more!
Inter 2 Day 6
Day 6 REST. Next week we'll start working on some fun combos. Today get your rest, take a hot bath or shower do some foam rolling or use the pole massage routine.

Day 7 Today we'll work on two new beautiful move side v and shooting star. Give each of these moves 4 tries on both sides if you can.

Day 8 You've made it to week 2! For your Invert, practice all 3 steps first, then choose one step you need the most work on and do that step 7 times each side today. Then move on to Inverted crucifix practice. If you're able to invert feel free to

Day 9 Today we'll work The Doll, Inverted thigh Hold and 2 combos! Work on the doll and inverted thigh hold, giving each of these at least 5 tries on each side. Move on to the combos listed. Give each of these about 3 tries but keep it under 10

Day 11 Today it's back to leg hangs! Give the Gemini and Star 8 tries on both sides then move on to the listed combos. Remember If you don't have a spinning pole work on the Sexy Pole strength routine instead of the spinning pole combos.
