Day 9. Today you’ll be practicing The doll, Inverted thigh Hold and two combos! Warm up with the Express warm up then move on to your trick practice.

Work on The doll and Inverted thigh hold, giving each of these at least 5 tries on each side. Move on to the combos listed.

Combo pole sit spin out 3 tries but keep it under 10 total!

Spinning pole elbow grip 3 tries but keep it under 10 total!

If you don’t have a spinning pole work on the Sexy Pole strength routine instead of the spinning pole combos.

Overhead stretch Hold for 30 seconds

Flowmotion melt 3 rounds
