This routine does not require you to follow along. Instead watch in full and when you are ready, try out different options like entries, hand placement, leg positions and exits. Dancers who are new to shoulder mounts should work on the first two options shown, shoulder mount from floor and shoulder dismount. More advanced dancers can decide which options to work on for a session. If using the Nailed It Shoulder Mount Program follow the instructions I give for each day in the program and use only those options I list for the day.

These exercises are awesome! I was having trouble with pole holds, so I'm really enjoying doing stuff like this so build up more strength :D
