Kay RaeThe exercise ball will be great for home, but do you have tips for work? I'm a substitute teacher and I'm in a different classroom every day, so can't bring a ball everywhere. In elementary I am usually active, but in middle/high school I'm in my chair for most of the day.

VeenaAre you referring to when I demonstrate how I sit in a chair? If so you can do the same just scoot forward on the chair and position one leg so the knee can point down. Does that help?

Loving the 30 day takeoff.. just what I needed to get out of a rut! I find the daily routines perfect in length and intensity and a great way to shakeup a stagnant workout routine. Plus, now I am limber and warmed up to do some practicing
