Today you’ll only be doing one set of the foot strength exercises before moving on to the drills. I’ve only included the drill position in this lesson, so if you need a refresher of technique, use the link below for access to the full video.

Pro tip: If you don’t have a pole, you can use anything that is stable to walk around or back and forth with. Just avoid practicing on floors that have uneven surfaces or unavoidable grout lines. If you do have tile, one idea would be to go to a hardware store or online and purchase a small amount of vinyl flooring (from a roll) and roll it out for practice, then roll it back up when you’re done! You could also use a chair mat from an office supply store.
