Advanced Level 2: Day 27
Today after the warm-up Shoulder Mount Routine, give the Iguana 2 tries on both sides (if comfortable) and the Butterfly Invert and Aerial Invert 3 tries on both sides (if comfortable). For the Sitting V Straddle and Chest Stretch, use passive stretching if you’re not familiar with the listed stretches. If you are familiar, feel free to use whichever method of stretching you like.
