Getting Started Invert Program (FREE)

Welcome to my Invert program. In this video I’ll cover what you’ll need to know before getting started. I’ll also provide you with important tips for using the program. You may use this program as a workout plan all on its own or it can be added into an existing training program.
Items you’ll need:
- A pole
- A light resistance band

Hi Veena! Would you recommend following this program in parallel to Beginners Level 2, or rather wait a bit more until I’m more advanced?
I’m gonna say that if your only at level 2 beginner and want to work towards inverts use my Invert CLASS. The program is more suitable for someone who’s completed intermediate level 1.
