30 Day Shoulder Mount: Welcome [FREE]
Welcome to the refreshed Shoulder Mount program. In this video I’ll cover what you’ll need to know before getting started. I’ll also provide you with important tips for using the program and keep in mind any program can be used as a workout plan all on its own or it can be used to enhance any existing training!
There have been updates made to this program. Here’s what’s new:
- You can now work with a spinning pole version of this program. Simply switch the toggle just above the video player and you’ll then have access to the spinning pole version wherever it applies in the program.
- You no longer need to click to the next video, everything plays through automatically for you.
- You no longer need to worry about remembering how many times to practice a trick, or how many sets and reps to do. I’ve done all the work for you, just follow the videos and do the reps with me!
- I’ve also swapped out some older videos with fresh ones.
Items you’ll need:
- A pole
- A selection of resistance bands
- A yoga block
- A large fit ball
Allow the videos to play in order and follow along. Feel free to pause anytime you need to.
