Congratulations on finishing this program! Today you’ll practice Aerial split grips again and when working on the REPS you can choose to try all of them, or pick your favorite and only practice those. Those who are on spinning pole as before, use your judgment to decide if you’re ready to work all of the tricks on spinning pole. Remember you should feel completely confident on static before working on spin pole. Chopper practice is on static only.

Hi! It has been a wonderful journey! Now I try to get the intermediate certificate and then I’ll work on one of your other 30 day programs. Pole dance is now part of my life. 🙂
