How did your invert practice go yesterday? Today you’ll be working on inverting from standing and this will open up new possibilities for learning. If you’re feeling light years away from an invert, don’t stress. Instead head over to my 30 day Invert program where you’ll have a whole month to develop the strength, skill, and courage needed to successfully invert every time!
All tricks will be done on static pole for today’s lesson.
Pro tip: I’m reminding you to film your attempts when working with new skills. It’s not for anyone but you, so don’t be shy. It’s incredibly helpful and motivating to look back at your first tries to confirm you really are improving!

The Doll is a mystery to me. I’m going to blame it on not having any stick today 🙂 Will keep trying!
It’s so much harder than it looks.
I was having a lot of trouble getting the doll on my right side until I tried side-climbing into it! Worth a try for anyone struggling. I also find the leg in from *much* easier; thank you for teaching this!

I was also having a lot of trouble with the doll and for me side climbing worked as well. Much easier to find the correct leg placement. Really cool trick to learn 🤩
I’m glad I can get the Tammy since The Doll I can’t get yet. 🤷🏾♀️

Day 2
Well doll was hard , I put grip on but nooo , didn’t do any of the spinning pole yet ,
Inverted thigh hold yes my grip was working then, ouch my thighs 😂
So I tried doll again before the stretching
An yes the first variation on my left with the foot behind
An the second with the leg in front on my right side
